We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. This position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality service. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist clients in understanding services, placing orders, and troubleshooting issues

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Monitor and follow up on pending client requests or open tickets

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to improve service delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
