We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative processes within the office.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Respond to emails and telephone inquiries professionally and promptly
Assist in the preparation of company documentation and internal communications
Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and handling mail
Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate administrative workflow

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
