Hype Tier is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies
Assist in personal errands and tasks as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through proactive planning and organization
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
