Job Description:

Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our growing client base. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their professional skills in a client-facing environment while contributing to high-impact projects. The Junior Account Representative will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are consistently met with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth and timely communication

• Support senior account managers in project execution and client follow-up

• Prepare reports, track account activity, and update internal databases

• Assist with client onboarding and provide updates on ongoing initiatives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and deliverables

• Participate in meetings and provide feedback to improve service processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
