We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will assist with daily administrative tasks, coordinate communication across departments, and provide reliable support to clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
Provide accurate information about company services and respond to customer concerns
Maintain detailed and organized client records and service logs
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications
Assist in managing administrative tasks related to client accounts and property records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Monitor and report common customer concerns to help improve processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
