We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives while also providing assistance in coordinating sales efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Coordinate internal and external communications for marketing and sales teams
Support the sales team with lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
Maintain and update sales databases, documents, and records
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
Manage logistics for marketing events, presentations, and client meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or related roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
