Job Description
Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Austin. As an Advertising Agent, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that enhance the exposure of real estate listings and boost client engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every campaign meets our quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies to promote real estate listings

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with company goals

• Write compelling ad copy for property listings and marketing materials

• Coordinate with external platforms for ad placement (print, web, email campaigns, etc.)

• Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and advertising best practices

• Assist in developing creative materials to enhance brand presence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is a plus

• Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms (excluding social media)

• Experience in real estate advertising is an advantage
