Beloform is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain office files and records, both physical and digital
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Support the coordination of meetings and internal events
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
