We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Columbus, OH team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and service transactions

  • Assist with scheduling property visits and providing information about services

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or front-office environment
