Job Description
Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and property information in internal databases

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes

• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy

• Follow company policies and procedures for handling confidential information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
