Nexmos Design is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, crafting compelling content, and ensuring clear and timely communication across all departments and with our partners. This position is ideal for a motivated communicator who values organization, clarity, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications, newsletters, memos, and announcements.

  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging.

  • Draft press releases, company updates, and written materials for various stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain communication calendars and project timelines.

  • Assist in planning and executing company events and presentations.

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from partners and collaborators.

  • Ensure messaging is consistent with the company’s tone, mission, and branding.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a communications or writing-focused role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general content editing tools.
