We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our client relations team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior account managers to support client accounts, manage deliverables, and ensure top-tier service.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of client accounts and daily communications
Support the execution of marketing strategies tailored to client goals
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for client meetings
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all account activities
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve basic client issues with professionalism
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
