We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our client relations team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior account managers to support client accounts, manage deliverables, and ensure top-tier service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of client accounts and daily communications

  • Support the execution of marketing strategies tailored to client goals

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for client meetings

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all account activities

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic client issues with professionalism

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
