Job Description:
Sonar Spark is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and mail handling

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and meetings; maintain office calendars

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory

  • Support staff with document preparation and administrative tasks

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
