Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Advertising Coordinator to manage and execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is essential to ensuring that all advertising efforts are aligned with company goals, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. The ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule advertising campaigns across various print and digital channels
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute campaign strategies
Monitor and report on campaign performance, budgets, and timelines
Liaise with vendors and advertising partners to secure placements and negotiate contracts
Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
Assist in the creation and proofreading of ad content and layouts
Track deadlines and organize advertising calendars
Conduct market research to inform campaign improvements and strategies
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or related roles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic design or layout tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
