We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Santa Ana. This role is essential to maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring our customers receive timely, helpful, and respectful support. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will help resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Assist in updating FAQs and support resources
