Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of administrative tasks, maintaining clear communication across departments, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal communications
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Assist in planning and executing internal events or meetings
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Provide general support to staff and executive team as required
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
