Job Description

Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our internal systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities

• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data entry procedures

• Generate regular reports and summaries as requested

• Work closely with other departments to ensure information accuracy

• Perform administrative tasks related to data handling and filing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role

• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
