Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our marketing department in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign execution

• Support event planning and execution of client-facing activities

• Monitor and maintain marketing materials inventory

• Track campaign performance and assist in performance analysis

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus
