Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock

• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas

• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and properly

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards

• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

• Forklift certification is a plus
