Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Dallas-based office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems to ensure the integrity and consistency of our records.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems

• Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities

• Organize and maintain records in both digital and physical formats

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

• Generate reports and summaries as required by team leads

• Communicate with internal departments to verify data accuracy

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Basic knowledge of databases or data systems is a plus
