Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Provide administrative support and follow up on pending issues

  • Assist in processing orders, forms, and requests

Qualifications
