Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with Blue Print Out. You will act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the issue, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions

• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting all communications

• Support the team with administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:
