We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships by providing timely and effective support. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and efficient manner

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist with order processing and ensure timely delivery of services

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

  • Follow company guidelines to handle service requests and feedback

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role
