We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring that projects are executed successfully and client expectations are met. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and supporting day-to-day communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

  • Monitor project progress and address any client concerns or requests

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to account performance

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations

  • Support the development of client strategies and campaign planning

  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling services

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

  • No prior experience required, but any internship or related work experience is a plus
