Responsibilities
Enter and update customer information accurately in the company database
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service
