Sociaxe is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team. This role combines administrative accuracy with strong customer interaction skills, supporting internal operations and maintaining high-quality customer experiences.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
