Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our operations team in San Antonio. The Stock Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring accurate records of all stock movements. This is an essential role in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming materials and supplies

• Verify and record inventory counts and reconcile with warehouse records

• Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure easy access and efficiency

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses

• Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts

• Prepare stock for shipment or distribution

• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment is preferred

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
