Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing high-quality brand experiences. This role involves hands-on coordination, administrative support, and collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events

• Manage logistics including booking venues, ordering supplies, and preparing event materials

• Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers

• Track timelines and budgets to ensure smooth event execution

• Provide on-site support during events to handle set-up, registration, and client interaction

• Help prepare post-event reports and gather attendee feedback

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to event planning and execution
