We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, help manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaign tracking. This role is essential in supporting the marketing team and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Prepare marketing reports and maintain campaign documentation

  • Support the development of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and internal communications

  • Track project timelines, schedules, and deliverables

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in branding and messaging

  • Manage marketing inventory and coordinate with vendors when needed

  • Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
