Signal Tru Brand is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support while maintaining a positive brand image. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions and escalate concerns when necessary

  • Assist in the development of customer service protocols and best practices

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

  • Support administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software tools
