Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and coordination of advertising campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement advertising campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast platforms

  • Assist in developing marketing and advertising materials for client presentations and internal use

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics

  • Collaborate with account managers, graphic designers, and external vendors to meet deadlines

  • Maintain up-to-date records of advertising schedules, budgets, and contracts

  • Conduct market research to support campaign strategies

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all advertising materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing environment preferred

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
