We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and assist in streamlining sales operations. This role involves close collaboration with both our sales and marketing departments to coordinate campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure consistent communication with clients and partners. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (excluding social media)

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and property listings

  • Support the sales team in maintaining updated client records and tracking sales leads

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity

  • Organize client meetings, open house events, and promotional activities

  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment
