Job Description
Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing - Branding Assistant to support our marketing department in executing and maintaining brand strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of branding principles and a desire to grow in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies across various campaigns

• Support the design and production of brand materials, presentations, and promotional content

• Conduct market research to help define brand positioning and identify target audiences

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels

• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing and branding efforts

• Help coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and brand presentations

• Monitor branding performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or branding-related roles

• Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand identity

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools is a plus
