Job Description:
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting both marketing and sales operations, coordinating internal processes, and executing strategies that promote business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to align with overall business goals

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns

  • Prepare and manage marketing materials, presentations, and sales proposals

  • Support the sales team with lead generation and customer outreach activities

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and campaign outcomes

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Coordinate with vendors and partners on promotional activities

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales performance

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales support role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Knowledge of marketing principles and sales processes
