Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, United States. As an integral part of our organization, you will support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow through your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents to maintain an efficient filing system
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support team members with various administrative and clerical tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database systems
- Coordinate internal events and manage office logistics
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment for clients and guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
