Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, organizing, and processing inventory while ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately.

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for efficient retrieval.

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments following company procedures.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
