We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and help maintain the reputation of Sonar Spark.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner

  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

  • Contribute to the development of customer support strategies and procedures

  • Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to enhance the customer experience

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records

  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service preferred
