Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, process orders, and assist with returns or exchanges

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement changes when necessary

  • Assist in preparing customer service reports and tracking metrics

  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and company procedures

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus
