We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience while interacting with our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary

  • Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate solutions and recommendations

  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges

  • Identify and report recurring customer issues to management

  • Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in accordance with company standards

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus
