Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate solutions and recommendations
Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
Identify and report recurring customer issues to management
Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with customer support software and tools
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus
