We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. You will work closely with customers to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience with our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services

  • Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution

  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system

  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service

  • Provide support for product-related queries and guide customers through various processes

  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the system

  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software

  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
