Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary
Maintain customer records and update information in the system
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service
Provide support for product-related queries and guide customers through various processes
Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the system
Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
