  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and contribute to team success

  • Adhere to company policies and customer service protocols

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
