We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring seamless workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and team members
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
  • Support the coordination of company events and internal activities
  • Perform general office duties to maintain an efficient work environment

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to administrative tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
