Job Description:
The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing internal and external communication strategies to support our company's goals and values. This role requires a versatile individual who is both creative and organized, with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can handle multiple tasks, maintain a consistent message across platforms, and engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies for internal and external audiences

  • Write, edit, and distribute company press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials

  • Coordinate media outreach and handle inquiries from journalists and stakeholders

  • Support the development of marketing and communication campaigns

  • Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences

  • Monitor media coverage and track communication performance

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and departments

  • Assist with crisis communication and reputation management when necessary

  • Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to align messaging with company goals

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Experience with media relations and managing external communication

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
