We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications. This role will be responsible for developing communication strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance company messaging and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support company goals
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and company announcements
  • Coordinate and manage communication materials, presentations, and corporate documents
  • Ensure brand consistency in all written and verbal communications
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and public relations initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance communication strategies
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline messaging and company-wide updates
  • Maintain company records and documentation related to communication efforts

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or administrative role
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
