Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will work directly with senior representatives and clients to ensure accurate account management and top-tier service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records

• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Support account managers with reports, documentation, and data entry

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

• Monitor account performance and help identify areas for improvement

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Previous experience in client-facing or administrative roles is a plus
