Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
• Follow company procedures to ensure efficient workflow

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
