- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, permits, and materials preparation.
- Provide on-site support during events to handle issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to maintain cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
- Maintain organized event documentation and reports.
