We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and assist in the smooth day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in managing office tasks, supporting team members, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed.
  • Prepare and file documents, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with project management and coordinate between departments.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
