Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the timely resolution of inquiries. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, offering excellent service and problem-solving assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order statuses.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, availability, and pricing.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolutions.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures.

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
