About the Role

Reboot Staff is urgently hiring Event Staff to support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can provide exceptional service and ensure smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Breakdown: Assist with arranging furniture, equipment, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Guest Support: Greet attendees, provide directions, and address questions or concerns professionally.
• Event Assistance: Monitor event activities, help with registrations, and support various tasks as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and other staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Clean-Up: Ensure the event space is clean and restored to its original condition post-event.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
